DESIGN YEARS 2021-2022 COMPLETION YEAR 2023

Northampton labs is a 7,000 square foot cannabis testing lab, completed in 2023 in Northampton, MA. This is the first MA-based lab for the producing testing company Cambium Analytica, which also has labs in Michigan. The space included a reception and office break room, as well as office space, and a large, central lab testing facility. Ben Rosenblum Studio worked with the Client to develop a scheme with a flexible open space with minimal walls, and looked to retain elements of the existing industrial building when possible, including the exposed brick wall separating the reception area and the office space.
