Our concept design envisions a vibrant addition to Houston's historic Second Ward, transforming a former factory on Sherman Street into a dynamic food and artisan market. This adaptive reuse project spans two stories and 35,000 square feet, revitalizing a beloved industrial landmark while maintaining its historic charm. At the core of the design is a celebration of local culture and community. The ground floor becomes a lively marketplace, where artisans display their crafts and vendors offer a wide variety of fresh produce and specialty foods.
